- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
- For orders below $100, a standard shipping fee will apply, displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your package anytime to stay updated on its journey to your doorstep.
Incorrect or Delayed Deliveries:

Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — maybe the size isn’t right, or you changed your mind. No worries!
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping:

Non-Returnable Items:

Refund Policy

Exchange Policy
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help!
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in original, unused condition.
- Exchanges depend on product availability; if the item is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or process a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
After that period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed since the order may already be in process.
