Spark8 Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Australia):

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $9.95 flat rate

Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $14.95 flat rate

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100
International Shipping: We currently ship to selected international destinations.

International Standard (7–21 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local carrier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Spark8 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Addresses & Non-Deliverable Shipments Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders Spark8 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Order Modifications To make changes to your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
